4/6/2016: Runners "blaze" the Mad River Path!

Joe and a strong group of six runners braved the Mad River Path for the first time this season. The runners completed between 2 to 4.5 miles. The course starts at the trail head just below Small Dog and loops around the picnic table and stairs directly across from the 1824 House.

Yep - WE ROCK!!

4/4/2016 First RUN of the season

We are excited to have nine runners participating this year! After a short discussion about stretching and strength training, we "hit the road" (literally) going up Main to Loop for a short introductory run. Hills are tough but I think our runners will be tougher.

We covered 1.5 miles in 18:44, not bad for the first time out.

The hill is done, let's speed up!
